4. Analytics
We use Umami to understand how users interact with our platform — which features are used, where users encounter problems, and how to improve the experience. Umami is hosted on our own infrastructure and does not set any cookies or store identifiers on your device, which is why no analytics cookie is listed above. It does not track you across other websites.
If you are signed in, we associate analytics events with your account so we can support you and measure how the product is used. Signed-out visitors are counted anonymously.

Gulacart does not serve third-party advertising on any plan. Third-party services we integrate (such as analytics and payment providers) may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
